Support & FAQ

Help getting into the world.

Everything you need to enter, move, talk and troubleshoot the Nyzaverse. Can't find an answer? Get in touch.

How to enter

Do I need to download or install anything?
No. The Nyzaverse runs entirely in your browser — there is nothing to download and no plugin to install. Just open the world and start walking. It works on laptops, desktops, phones and VR headsets.
How do I get in?
Tap Enter anywhere on the site, or go straight to nyzaverse.com/play. The world streams in and drops you onto HT Island, the first world. You can explore without an account.
Do I need an account?
No account is needed to look around and walk the worlds. Signing in gives you a saved name, a persistent avatar and a presence the world remembers across visits. Sign in or create an accountwhen you're ready.

Controls & moving around

How do I move on a computer?
Use WASD or the arrow keys to walk, and move your mouse to look around. You can also click on the ground to walk to that spot. Walk up to a poster, cabinet or doorway to interact with it.
How do I move on a phone or tablet?
On touch devices an on-screen joystick appears for walking, and you drag a finger across the screen to look around. Tapping the ground also moves you there. Turn your phone sideways for a wider view.
Can I use a VR headset?
Yes — the Nyzaverse is VR-ready over WebXR. Open /playin your headset's browser and choose to enter VR. You walk the very same world in first person, with no separate app to install. If you don't see a VR option, make sure your headset's browser supports WebXR and the headset is connected.

Audio, mic & voice

How does voice chat work?
Voice is proximity-based: you hear people near you and they hear you, and voices fade as you walk apart — just like talking in real life. Walk up to someone to chat; step away to leave the conversation.
My microphone isn't working
When you first speak, your browser asks permission to use the microphone — be sure to Allowit. If you blocked it by accident, click the padlock / camera icon in your browser's address bar and re-enable microphone access for nyzaverse.com, then refresh. Check that the right input device is selected in your system settings and that you're not muted.
I can't hear anyone
Make sure your device volume is up and the tab isn't muted (browsers show a small speaker icon on a muted tab). Remember voice is proximity-based — you need to be close to someone to hear them. If a single person is silent, they may have their own mic muted.
Is there text chat too?
Yes — every world has text chat alongside voice, for when you'd rather type or your space is quiet.

The Meeting Hall

What is the Meeting Hall?
The Meeting Hall is a bookable room inside the world where a small group can gather privately — for a meetup, a call, a watch-party or a working session — with voice and screen-share among the people in the room.
How do I book it?
Walk to the Meeting Hall in the world and use the booking panel at its door to reserve a slot. You'll want to be signed in so the booking is tied to your account. Arrive at your time and the room is yours for the session.
My booking or screen-share isn't available
Booking and screen-share need you to be signed in, and screen-share is only active inside a booked meeting. If a feature looks inert, sign in and try again from inside the hall. Still stuck? Contact usand we'll help.

Troubleshooting

The world won't load or shows a black screen
First, refresh the page — most one-off glitches clear with a reload. The Nyzaverse needs WebGLand hardware acceleration, so make sure those are enabled in your browser settings. Close other heavy tabs to free up memory, and check you're on a recent version of your browser.
Which browsers work best?
Use an up-to-date Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. Very old browsers, or ones with WebGL disabled, can't render the 3D world. On a phone, the built-in browser usually works well.
It's running slowly or choppy
3D worlds are demanding. Close other tabs and apps, make sure hardware acceleration is on, and try plugging in a laptop (battery-saver mode throttles graphics). On older devices the world still runs — just at a gentler frame rate.

Account & sign-in

How do I sign in?
Use Sign in with email and password or with Google. New here? Create an account in a moment. Your sign-in carries the same avatar and presence across every world.
Can't sign in or stay signed in
Staying signed in needs cookies and local storage enabled for nyzaverse.com — strict privacy modes and aggressive cookie-blockers can log you out. Allow cookies for this site, then sign in again. If a Google sign-in popup is blocked, allow popups for nyzaverse.com and retry.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Email privacy@nyzaverse.com to delete your account and the personal data tied to it. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture of what we collect and your rights.
