Sign in with Google, email and password, or a one-tap magic link — then make the account your own. Here's how to verify your email, reset a password, set your display name, stay signed in, and delete your data whenever you choose.

Ways to sign in

There are three ways in, and they all live on the same Sign in and Create accountscreens. Pick whichever suits you — once you're in, the world remembers you.

What are my options for signing in?

Three. Continue with Google for a one-tap sign-in; email and password; or a passwordless magic link. All three are right there on the Sign in and Create account screens.

How does the magic link work?

Choose "Email me a sign-in link" and we email you a one-tap link — no password needed. For it to finish, open the link on the same deviceyou requested it from, and you'll drop straight into the world.

Why do I need to sign in at all?

Signing in is required to enter the worlds. It's what lets us remember your name, avatar and presence across visits, so you pick up where you left off instead of starting over each time.

Verifying your email

When you sign up with email and password, we send a quick verification link to make sure the address is really yours.

Do I have to verify my email?

When you sign up with email and password, we email you a verification link — sent by our sign-in system. Opening it confirms your address is real. You can keep exploring while you verify, so there's no need to wait around.

The verification email never arrived — what now?

Give it a minute and check your spam folder— it's sent by our sign-in system, so it can land there. Once you find it, open the link to confirm your address, then head back to Sign in.

Forgot or change your password

Forgotten your password? No problem — you can reset it by email from the sign-in screen in a couple of steps.

How do I reset a forgotten password?

On the Sign in screen, use the password reset option to have a reset link emailed to you. Open it to set a new password, then sign in as usual.

I signed in with Google or a magic link — where is my password?

There isn't one to remember. Google and magic-link sign-ins have no password— you just use Google or click the link we email you each time, so there's nothing to reset.

Your display name

Your display name is how other explorers see you in the world. You choose it when you join, and it's easy to change later.

Where do I set my display name?

You set your display name when you sign up, so it's ready the moment you step into the world.

Can I change my display name later?

Yes. Once you're signed in, you can change your display name from your dashboard whenever you like.

Staying signed in

Most of the time you stay signed in automatically. If you keep getting logged out, it's usually a browser privacy setting getting in the way.

Why do I keep getting logged out?

Staying signed in needs cookies and local storage enabled for nyzaverse.com. Strict privacy modes or cookie-blockers can clear those and log you out — allowing them for nyzaverse.com keeps you signed in.

The Google sign-in popup won't open — what should I do?

That's usually a blocked popup. Allow popups for nyzaverse.com in your browser and try Continue with Google again.

Delete your account or data

You're always in control of your account. If you'd like it removed, we'll take care of it for you.

How do I delete my account?
